Data Deletion Instructions for BOTIL

According to the Facebook Platform rules, we have to provide User Data Deletion Callback URL or Data Deletion Instructions URL. If you want to delete your activities and data associated with the BOTIL application, you can do so by following these steps:

Option 1: Remove via Facebook

  1. Go to your Facebook Account’s “Settings & Privacy”.
  2. Click on “Settings”.
  3. Go to “Apps and Websites” where you will see all the apps and websites you linked with your Facebook account.
  4. Search for and click on “BOTIL”.
  5. Click the “Remove” button.

Option 2: Request Manual Deletion

If you wish to completely delete your account and all associated data from our servers, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to itsikdahan1@gmail.com with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”.
  2. Include the phone number and business name associated with your BOTIL account.

We will process your request and permanently delete all your data, including message logs and API tokens, within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

אפשרות 1: הסרה דרך Facebook

  1. היכנס ל“הגדרות ופרטיות” בחשבון ה-Facebook שלך.

אם ברצונך למחוק לחלוטין את חשבונך ואת כל הנתונים המשויכים מהשרתים שלנו, אנא בצע את הצעדים הבאים:

  1. שלח דוא”ל ל-itsikdahan1@gmail.com עם נושא: “בקשת מחיקת נתונים”.
  2. כלול את מספר הטלפון ושם העסק המשויכים לחשבון BOTIL שלך.

נטפל בבקשתך ונמחק לצמיתות את כל הנתונים שלך, כולל יומני הודעות וטוקני API, תוך 7 ימי עסקים. תקבל דוא”ל אישור לאחר השלמת המחיקה.
